Payment
Payment is expected in full as soon as possible after booking. However, upon request and at the discretion of the Book Camp organisers, an initial 50% deposit may be acceptable with the balance due two months before the start of the event.
Any accommodation charges are payable separately on departure.

Cancellations must be made in writing by post or email. Booking fees are refundable according to the schedule below:
