The Venue
Dragon Press Bindery is a fully equipped workshop established by Philippa and Dieter Räder at their historic home ‘Ynyswen’, above the Cothi River valley near Nantgaredig in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. It is easily accessible by car and there are good public transport links to Carmarthen, approximately nine miles distant. Please contact us for travel advice.
You are welcome to camp in the spacious grounds at no charge. Some accommodation is available in the house on a first-come/first-served basis: please contact us early if you are interested in this. Otherwise, there are plenty of local B&Bs.
Participants in the entire 2022 event are expected to arrive during the afternoon of Friday 3 June and depart on Sunday 12 June. If taking an individual class, you are encouraged to join in time for dinner the evening beforehand and stay on for breakfast the morning after the class finishes. All students are warmly invited to attend a celebratory barbecue on the evening of Saturday 11 June.
